i am deeply devoted to the path of the Yogi.
it is my heart-felt passion to share ancient wisdom teachings as they have profoundly elevated the quality of my life, and continue to.
all of my offerings are rooted in Yogic philosophy, Ayurvedic principals and Heart-Centered practices.
i am a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist with a private practice in San Diego. here, I offer 1 on 1 Yoga Therapy sessions (dive deeper).
i teach weekly Yoga asana & meditation classes at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas (+ all live-streamed).
i also share at Wellness Retreats, women's circles, Community Events, Yoga Festivals and the Local Farmers Market!
